Back again

Det var dejligt lige at være i fitness igen imellem alt det her lektier ræs. Startede ud med at løbe hvor jeg bagefter lavede styrke træning. Sluttede af med denne her squat øvelse oven på en Balance Trainer. Den er virkelig god til at træne balder, bagside af lårene og sin balance. Man kan også vende den om hvor man skal bruge sin balance endnu mere, hvis man f.eks. skal lave squats, armbøjninger eller planken. 

Håber I nyder jeres weekend. Jeg vil skynde mig at gøre mig klar og smutte ind til byen til en god velfortjent frokost 😉



It was nice to be back at the gym again, and have a short break from homework. I started out with running, where I afterwards did weight training. I finished off with this squat exercise on a Balance Trainer. It’s a really good workout for glutes, hamstrings, quads and balance of course. You can also turn the Balance Trainer around and strengthen your balance even more by doing squats, push ups or the plank.
