• Workout routine

    Her i starten af ugen lavede jeg en workout routine, som jeg ville se hvor længe jeg kunne holde. Der er selvfølgelig nogle dage hvor jeg slapper af. Imorgen skal jeg i fitness på et dansehold med zumba. Har gerne ville prøve det i så lang tid. Mit volleyball er slut i skolen, så nu er jeg startet til svømning.. Men er ikke helt sikker på jeg vil fortsætte, tror hellere jeg vil finde et danse hold 😉

    I made a workout routine in the beginning of the week, and I wanted to see how long I could keep it. Of course I have some rest days. Tomorrow I’m going to the fitness, to do zumba. I really wanted to try it for so long, it looks so cool, and I love to use my hips 😉

    My volleyball ended couple weeks ago, so now I’m doing swimming.. But I’m not sure I want to continue, I rather want to find a dance team.

    My routine:

    Belly:

    25 crisscross

    20 crossover crunch, each side

    40 crunches

    30 flutter kicks

    30 heel touch 

    2 minutes plank 

    Legs: 

    130 squats

    20 lunges, each leg

    100 jumping jacks

    1 minutes wall squat

    and these exercises in THIS video is also really good. I really want to get the ”sand bags” she is wearing on her feet.
